In the event of an order being incorrect, we will happily and immediately exchange the item for you without charge and refund any postage costs involved in sending the wrong item back!   

 

You must request a return authorization before returning the item to us.

 

All returned items retruned in the original shipping package. If we receive them broken, we are unable to replace them unless YOU file a claim with the shipper for the cost of the item(s) and shipping.
